Redigo provides an AI-powered platform that converts energy audit calculation files into publication-ready reports. The service includes deterministic data extraction, automated report generation, and branded output formatting.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of data you upload to the platform, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your audit data and the reports generated from it. Redigo retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Redigo provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
